New communication in a old-fashioned manner

Jernhusen has put out 8000 squaremeter office space, located at Stockolm’s central railway station, for rent. In order to attract potential tenants, we wanted the communication to highlight the contrast between the building’s venerable heritage with its top-modern facilities. We simply define it as an ultramodern office space since 1872. To manifest this we created a book, old-fashioned made with a cover of leather and handmade paper. The print on the front is of real gold. The book describes the history of the Stockholm central railway station and contains blueprints, sketches and documents of the building’s unique details. Hidden in the cover of the book is a railway card providing interested tenants with free transportation to visit the offices.
