NCC, a company that develops and builds future environments for working and living, are now able to ecolabel their houses. You can’t tell an ecolabeled NCC-house from any other, but behind the facade hides great ideas and innovative thinking. Svanen (the swan), is a Nordic ecolabel, and in order to receive it, you have to fulfill stringent environmental and climate criteria.
