Crowded emergency wards need our help

The emergency wards of the big hospitals in Stockholm are often crowded with first-time parents needing help for their “not so sick” child. How do you, without blaming the visitors, inform them about closer and quicker solutions taking care of their problem just as good? Our new, long-term messenger taking on this big challenge is a small, wise and nightly active owl easy for any age to like.
