How do you get people to care about urban design planning? We decided to combine the popularity of running in the innercity with the well known phenomenon ”figure running” and launched an app with a new type of creative running routes. The brand-led app ShapeRunner made it possible for people to run in the shape of figures that were designed by Ramboll’s engineers and inspired by their fields of work. The running routes had GPS support and voice control to guide the runner.
